3.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the zk567 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions, is strictly prohibited. zk567 uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts will be closed and balances on fraudulently operated accounts will be forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your zk567 account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), your current Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration or the KYC process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Account Maintenance. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, postal address, or other identification details must be updated promptly by contacting the zk567 support team. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.
At the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be acting on your own behalf as an individual; (c) not be a current employee, officer, director, or family member of any employee of zk567 or its affiliated gaming software providers; (d) not be subject to any self-exclusion restriction on the zk567 platform; and (e) not have had a previous zk567 account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk567 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. zk567 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zk567 immediately via the 24/7 live support chat. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to notifying zk567 of unauthorised access. Upon notification, zk567 will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). zk567 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, upon first withdrawal request, upon any deposit or withdrawal that triggers a review threshold, or at any time deemed necessary by the compliance team. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zk567 may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zk567 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the then-current dormancy fee schedule, or to close the account after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email or mobile number. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your zk567 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real funds balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, provided that all wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met or the bonus has been forfeited. Closure requests from players under a self-exclusion period will be processed but the self-exclusion period itself cannot be shortened.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. zk567 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the zk567 platform is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account. zk567 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount at any time, with changes applied prospectively from the date of notification.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players will be processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within 4 to 8 hours on business days and within 8 to 12 hours on weekends and public holidays. 5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your zk567 account. zk567 strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud. Attempts to withdraw to unverified or mismatched accounts will be declined, and the account will be flagged for compliance review.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives offered by zk567 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between General Bonus Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. zk567 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or near-zero-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion between players to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, zk567 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, recover any funds that have been withdrawn as a result of the abuse, and permanently close all associated accounts.

Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of modification, except where the modification is required to prevent fraud or abuse.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the zk567 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. zk567 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of applicable game rules.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that results in a game outcome being inconclusive or a bet being placed incorrectly, zk567 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. zk567 will not be liable for losses attributable to third-party internet service provider failures, device failures, or network interruptions on the Player's end.
7.3 Sportsbook — Void Bets. In the sportsbook, bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a qualifying result, postponement beyond the specified settlement period, or the occurrence of an event rendering the original odds clearly erroneous. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's wallet. Settlement of PSL, cricket, and other sporting events will follow the rules stated in the sportsbook section of the platform.
7.4 Clearly Erroneous Odds. zk567 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly entered in error — for example, odds that materially deviate from the market price available across comparable sportsbooks at the time the bet was placed. Players are expected to act in good faith and not exploit apparent pricing errors. Bets placed with the intention to exploit erroneous odds may result in account suspension.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk567 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances:

11.2 zk567's total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you to your zk567 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
